Do I need a credit card to start the free plan?
No. The Free plan is completely free forever — no card required. Paid trial plans require a card but won't charge until the 14 days are up.
What happens when I exceed my member limit?
BeaconCue will prompt you to upgrade your plan before you can add more members. Existing team data is never removed.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you roughly 20% compared to paying month-to-month.
What does "nano company" mean?
BeaconCue is purpose-built for companies with fewer than 50 employees — especially GCC / nearshore tech teams. Enterprise-style tools are often too heavy; BeaconCue keeps things lean.
Can I export my data?
Yes. CSV export is available on all plans. We believe your data belongs to you.
